Lemon Dijon Dressing
Ingredients:
-1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
-1/2 tablespoon of honey
-1/4 cup of lemon juice
-1/2 cup olive oil
-a pinch of red pepper flakes
-salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl, start with the Dijon mustard and honey and mix to combine. Add the lemon juice and olive oil to the mixture and whisk until the dressing is emulsified (this could take a few minutes). Season with salt and peppers and serve! This dressing can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for about a week or until the oil begins to coagulate.
