Chili Lime Ramen Stir Fry

Ingredients: 
-2 packets of Original Ramen Noodles (do not use seasoning packet)
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-2 cloves of garlic
-1/3 cup of sliced carrots
-1/3 cup of sliced onion
-1/3 cup of red pepper
-1/3 cup of broccoli (optional)
-1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce
-1 tablespoon of soy sauce
-2 tablespoons of red pepper flakes or chili paste
-juice of 1/2 lime
-1 tablespoon of chopped nuts, or sesame seeds, or fresh herbs like green onion or cilantro to garnish

Directions:
Prepare ramen noodles as directed on the back of the package, do not use the flavor packet in this preparation! In a large wok or sauté pan, cook the garlic, carrots, onion, red pepper, and broccoli in the olive oil on high heat. Once the vegetables are very lightly browned (this will only take 2-3 minutes) add in the ramen noodles as well as the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and lime juice. Cook for just a few minutes until the sauce cooks down slightly. Finish with your choice of garnish and enjoy!
